Our family of two adults, 3 children (ages 7,3 and 1.5) and one 3yr old male (castrated) pointer would like to add to our canine population with a cocker spaniel. I've read as much as I can and have come across one or two concerns raised about spaniels and small children. We have had our pointer since puppyhood and we have gone through the growing stages with our small children with very few problems. Can anyone else offer any experiences as advice.

Thanks

What concerns do you have?  I've have 6 cocker spaniels and 4 children, my youngest was only 1 when we got our very first one!
