I think you will find that the kennels are in the Netherlands

It is a breeder in The Netherlands. They don't have a site
but they do have an Email address : lamslagcavaliers@planet.nl
As far as I can tell they are pretty well known over here in The Netherlands.

They have some very nice dogs that I have seen at the shows in the Netherlands

I just checked the internet (easy for me since I'm dutch :) ) and found that they have been breeding for a long
time and won various prices with their dogs. And the bloodline comes up on numerous other site from breeders.
Don't know anything about the breed so it's just my observation.
