it was interesting to read an earlier post made by Jen P regarding her own lab  a problem i have on a regular basis with my lab bitch i.e. having to explain to every other dog owner that in fact my Holly is a kc registered, pedigree labrador from working lines(both her dam and sire are from Drakeshead lines). I understand that working dogs are often smaller and have a lighter frame but surely there can't be that much of a difference and not all of us like our labs built like brick outhouses.
Jen P, i do sympathise with you when people imply that your lab is a cross breed if like me you've gone trouble to find a good dog from health checked parents of good breeding lines.
This is not a wind up I'm just glad to see I'm not alone on this front and needed to get it off my chest.
