Hi we are moving out of house  this summer as the  land lord is selling .IF another property is not availble for us to move into we shall have to go into temperay housing and they don't allow pets,.

Natts you know you have rights as sitting tennants and I believe if you have proof of paying rent I.E rent book you may find the landlord will have difficulty in getting you out, no matter if the landlord is selling or not.
Selling property with sitting tennants fetches far less than an unoccupied premises therefore the landlord will have to take this into consideration.
From my own families experience, due to compulsory purchase by a council, you could be in line for a substancial payment from the landlord as compensation for being removed from your home.
I would strongly advise you to go to seek out your rights. Several solicitors give the first half hour free or go to your local city advise centre.
