Not happy. Been following a thread on another board I go on where a woman with a dane from a breeder I know has been asking for electric fencing equipment.

It appears she "took in" a rescue dane last night, thin, never been housed (only kenneled), never been on a lead and desperately frightened of men and whilst she has no fencing (gas board doing work or something). She thinks its a good idea to use e-fencing on this dog forr the period this work is being carried out.

Apparently she is "in rescue" (which later translated to her doing it herself) and she is very reputable in the breed!

She seems to think its fine to use a collar because he has marks on his neck from one of these before.

Could anyone be any more STUPID!
