Our daughter is getting married next year, but we dont know what to get them for a wedding present. We want to spend about £1000 has anyone any ideas.
I have already asked them what they would like, but they dont know.

What wedding presents did you recieve, that you were pleased with.

I Hope Champdogs members can help.

Do they want a present ? My parents just gave us money. It was for us to decide how much we spent on the reception/present. Our nephew got married last year and asked for money from everyone - they had bought a house and wanted the money to do it up :)

i agree with daisy they may apreciate the money more and do with it what they want rather then getting something they dont really need or like but dont what to hurt yourfellings by telling you! my brother and cousin are getting married this year my cousin has asked for money and my brother as also asked for money as they both already live with there wifes to be and have already got most of the normall stuff you would but a newly married couple it seems sense to give them the money to put it towards what they want!
