For what purpose are you using it.  I use it to help my bitch in the ring with ring shyness and also for travel sickness.  On both occassions found it to be excellent.  It just tends to take the edge of bad situations.

I used it on my oldie Min as she didn't tolerate having her claws clipped. She got so stressed out and as she is quite a big strong girl and even with two strong adults we couldn't keep her still. We ended up resorting to sedation at the vets to get them done. :(

Anyway I decided yesterday that I didn't think that at her age now (14 1/2) that I wanted to do that anymore as she has slowed down considerably over the last few weeks so bought some of the Serene-UM.

Success ! After a couple of doses I lay on the floor over her and although she struggled I managed to get the worse ones done on her front paws :)

Whether it was the tablets or she isn't as strong I don't know, but at least they have been done ! :)

Hi Lucy

Got to confess I have also used it on a psycho spaniel that hates its feet being touched.  It has worked wonders he is barred from nearly every groomer in the area so it must work.  I also double the dose that they say.  You could also try scullcap and valarium drops as I find these calm Thomas when I do his nails which si something I have to work up to.
