Hi. i am trying to find a diet i can actually stick to!! I am a frequent picker, easting chocolate etc often and a lot at one time!! i also love cooked meals- and ready made microwaveable meals!! they are so easy!!
I like fruit an dverg. but never seem to have any in the house! and i find drinking fizzys etc easy and filling. and to tempting to resist!!
HELP!!
