i bet your thinking not her again.the thing is meg is a 6yo mini dacs & the most sweet natured perfect dog, with me and the fam.but shes dog aggressive and always goes for them.weve come to the conclusion its bitches shes the worst with and dogs on there leads! shes fine with dogs off the lead as long as there male.with males shele have a sniff theyle have a sniff and shes fine.but as soon as she knows there bitches she starts barking & goes straight for the throat! other owners think its funny coz of the size of her but i want to get it sorted as im looking at getting another dacs next yr poss but dont want 2 dogs with bad habits! ive tryed distracting her ,distracting the dogs attention from her.but nothing seems to be working! any advice or can any1 recomend a good behavorist?
What area are you in? Your vet may be able to refer him to a behaviourist in your area, most of them need refererals. I took my dog to see Roger Mugford who did no good at all for my boy... It was a lot of hard work and pleny of love before my dog became less aggressive.
Good luck
