Call your vet.

You need to go to your vet as our chocolate can kill dogs.  Hope everything OK.

How much has she eaten?  Was it dark chocolate or milk chocolate.  There is something that you can buy from health shops for this and what vets use but I can't for the life of me think what it is.  A small amount shouldn't have done any real harm but an excessive amount might.

I think a dog needs to eat a fair ammount to be fatal.

A staffie I had a few yrs ago ate 7 selection boxes from under the tree one christmas (some wrappers & papper too)

We phoned the vet & were told to make her sick (cant remember how now)

She was a bit off colour for a few days but she was fine :-)

Best to phone the vet if it was quite a lot though

It has been known for dogs to eat a small amount and die.  It's like us what affects one person badly doesn't do the same to another.  You really do need to careful where you leave the chocolates.
