Does anyone else think the singing Kentucky Fried Chicken adds should be banned!

They are awful and make my skin crawl urgh! What a load of Rubbish!

I agree!  There was one that I couldn't get out of my head for ages - it kept me awake driving me mad!  Don't ever ban KFC though - it's yummy :D :D :D :D

The food, the restaurants, the staff and the adverts should all be banned. Uuurgh!!

Oh a little thing of the rumour of green chicken being coated in that special receipe KFC mix and being served up to customers - allegedly :)

I had KFC just before Xmas - it was the first that I'd had since 1975 :) Daughter's choice at a motorway service station :( I wouldn't have it again - it was just so fatty :( Ugh !!

Yes I hate them too they are so infuriating!  I also can't stand the DFS ones they really get on my - err nerves.  I like KFC though :-)

Nope. I just don't like greasy chicken wrapped up in a dodgy coating thats hung around for a few hours being served by equally greasy staff :D

Plus, my local KFC is always filthy, litter everywhere and the tables are never clean. So green chicken fits quite realistically into that picture :D

I love KFC, i think its better thn Burger King n McDonalds n i think the adverts are funny!! When i went to USA they did mashed potato over there and potato wedges, still waiting for them here and that was in 1995!!

kfc i only eat the coating and skin but lately their has been no skin on my chicken just coating and the portions are getting smaller :D :D

rather have a nice home cooked roast any day.(or nut roast for the veggies)
My son watched a film about McDonalds (not sure what its called) said he would never eat in a Mcdonalds ever again.
I think it was something on the lines of the green chicken <allegedly>

Only film I've seen about McDonalds was 'supersize me' and I thought it was pretty stupid.  It's based on a man who's healthy, who then goes on to eat McDonalds (and ONLY McDonalds) every single day for 30 days, to see how unhealthy it makes him.  Well of course it would make him unhealthy!  Who in their right minds would have McDonalds for breakfast, lunch and dinner?  It was insane!!  I can see their point about having a healthier lifestyle and not eating junk food, but everyone knows that moderation is the key.  Don't we?  :D

Didn't that used to be the whole concept of McD's? breakfast lunch and dinner? the complete diet?

I thought it was a cracking film. Showed just how clever McD's are with their marketing too.

Getting back to KFC, I love it, esp with a tub of their gravy for dipping me chips in....yum ;)

the chicken in kfc isnt even chicken. they get the carcus of a chicken, put it in a blender, and coat it in breadcrums. how sick is that?! its what they do for macdonalds nuggets too. only have you noticed that the nugget boxes now have "100% chicken breast" written on them now. and strangely, they taste different! but im not denying kfc and mcdonalds taste amazingly good!

Well all I can say is the chicken in my Bargain Bucket looks like chicken and its on the bone too. Maybe I should get some soon, purely for research purposes ;)

They reform it incredibly well then, because it's exactly the same as when I joint a whole chicken into portions. And fancy reforming the bones too - you'd think it'd be cheaper and easier to use the real thing ... ;) :)

"Put the carcas in a blender" ???  I don't think this could possibly be true.  I had KFC tonight as our one night a week takeaway treat, and it most certainly was chicken, looked dead normal, on the bone, and NOT green.  In fact, along with "diping" gravy and chips, it was totally fab! As for bugers, give me a good old fashioned "cooked while you wait" Wimpey!

Don't think KFC pieces of chicken are anything other than pieces of chicken - but chicken nuggets and things certainly are nOT made out of complete pieces of breast chicken ;)

Anything minced and reformed can be dodgy. The more surface area there is (and the smaller the pieces, as in mince, the more surface area there is) the more possibility there is of contamination.

Hi i dont want to put you off kfc... but we dont have it anymore because about 2 years ago we were moving house and we decided to go to kfc for tea....my husband and children were eating away as you do....and i picked up a piece of chicken took a bite and there was a fried caterpillar in it, luckily i noticed it before i'd eaten it!!!!

My husband took it back to them and they admitted that it was a fried caterpillar and said they would send it of to be tested, they took our phone number, but to this day they have not got back to us about it.

Never again will i eat KFC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
