Does anyone know of any breed rescue, pref based in the north west, My mum has always dreamt of owning one. And her retirement is due in 3 years. I know, long way off. But we have broached the subject, of getting her a friend for her retirment, she has said she would be more interested in a rescue. So we are gonna start looking into the possibility of it now.

Mum has always had dogs, until she lost her last dog, a sheltie 10 years ago. (When we all lived at home.) She has always had dogs. Cross's, beagle sheltie etc. And cause she works full time, and we had flown the nest, didnt feel it was the right time to replace her.

Also any tips, would be helpful
