Hi i wondered weither people knew about the diesease: parvovirus??

Is it common in puppies? Just any general info about this diesase would be gratly appreciated!!!!

There is a vacination against it which helps protect dogs from it theres alot of it around and you often get almost out breaks off it where quite a few peoples dogs in the area get it it can be fatal especially in puppies and older dogs.

If you suspect that you have walked through an infected area, wipe off your shoes with one-part household bleach to 30 parts of water solution.
Use the bleach/water solution as part of a general cleaning process of areas frequented by other dogs.

Just read on another thread that a young pointer was ill after Crufts and died from parvo  shortly after. I'll try and find the link and see they'll allow me to cross post.
