i didnt notice water !!!!!!!!!! just make sure you drink a 2ltr bottle of water a day and avoid other drinks! boil or steam everything. also melons & cytrus fruite are a speed food and help you loose weight! try that! its horrible dieting im on 1 now.ive lost 7ib in 1 week from boiling all my food and drinking loads of water! but dont drink flavord water coz did you know in 1 big bottle of flavourd water theres 900 cals.they dont tell you that do they!
goodluck!

You can have shape flavoured water - 0 cals per litre bottle.

Also, spices can speed up metabolism.

Are you sure your counting the points right I know how easy it is just to forget a few things when on a diet. I do it myself

Are you eating your points correctly? three meals a day, if possible try and have your heavier meal for lunch and something lighter in the evening, drink lots of water and also remember... muscle weighs more than fat so all this walking and swimming may be building muscle.

Give it a few weeks and you will feel the difference in your clothes.

I lost 4st on WW doing the diet and swimming, i hit a wall eventually and got frustrated, have put half back on *sighs* but am back on top of it.

Good luck to you and dont give up just yet :)

Actually half a stone a month is what you would be expected to loose so you are doing OK :D

I am trying to get back on the wagon as I ahve put on a stone sicne Christma.  Now Easter is out of the way and it is getting warmer I think I will be bable to do it.  At least I am still 4 1/2 stoen lighter than last year :D

Personally I prefer the original weight watchers plan where every point is counted.  I couldn't do comfortably full as that would be never as I like to eat loads, so prefer to choose bulky low point stuff over higher point concentrated food. :D

Oh i really feel for you, im trying to loose weight at the moment, but i havent really got a plan, just sticking to 3 meals, fruit inbetween.
I want to lose a couple of stone, walking the dogs is my only excersise, and im trying to think long term rather than being too strict and getting fed up.
I just wish all those times i hate like a pig i thought for a minute and i wouldnt be in this pickle !!
