I would like to find a supplier of marrow bones in the Glasgow or surrounding area.  Preferably to buy in bulk as I have now cleared out a freezer just for do bones  - as you do!  Can anyone suggest a supplier either mail order or for local pick up please?

Try your local butchers mine has ageed to keep some behind for me :d  He did ask why I only bought my meat of him for the dogs though and not my own!!

Tried that but the supply can't keep up with my dogs!  I also found that if I froze the bones my dogs had no problems with the bones but if i gave them fresh - and I use the word loosely- that the dogs had upset stomachs which I presume came from the fact that the bones had been lying out in bins and not refrigerated?  Thanks for your reply.

thats what my butcher said (north yorkshire), because i was thinking the same thing the other day, keisha loves them but i would prefer to buy them in bulk, because it would probably end up cheaper, at the moment i am paying £2 per bone.
