Hello there i have a problem with my 12 wk old border terrier puppy, she is toilet trained and has been fine but today and tonight she has been acting strange.  She has wee'ed in the house 5 times tonight and the 3 times i caught her she seemed as if she didnt even know she needed it.  The first time i had taken her out for a wee and she came in and started playing for 5 minutes sat down and promptly piddled the second time again i took her out 15 minutes later and i caught her doing a wee again and later in the night i was playing with her again and she sat down and wee'ed again.  Each time she acted as if she knew she had done wrong and looked at me with her head down but i didnt really tell her off just a no and naughty as she didnt look like she meant it.  She has been acting a bit odd all day we gave her gammon for one of her dinners in the afternoon as we had left overs from a night or two back and wondered if this had anything to do with it.  I also took her for a walk but she didnt seem scared or didnt see anything she wasnt used to.  I know its probably a passing thing but can any of you shed any light as i'm a bit worried?

Thanks
Anne

If the gammon was salty she may have been drinking more?

Or, if you don't think that could be the cause, it could be a UTI. In which case would visit the vet with a urine sample from her for a check-up.
