do labrador classes have different sections for the 3 colours? im going to my first show soon and i want to make sure i know all about it before i go.

No the three colours all get shown together. I'm sure you're going to have more than just the one question about showing before you 'know all about it', so can I invite you to join chamdogs, it's free, and you can then ask away.

Costs about £3 per open show and about £20 a championship show.

Do they never have seperate classes at the breed club shows? 

Yes Isabel, occasionally they do, but I believe they are usually only Special Open classes. Can't confirm for sure, it's a long time since I last took a Labrador into the ring.

The Yellow Labrador Club has an open show twice a year, only yellow Labs can enter them.  This is the only show that is colour specific.  At all aother shows, All three colours are shown in the same ring together, unless, as someone has already stated, there is a 'special classs'.
