i have a 9 month old dog who got to my bitch i did not know the bitch was on heat as there were no signs at all she never swelled or shows any sign of blood but they locked my question can a 9 month old boy sire he is not cocking his leg they are rotties

It is possible.  Get the bitch down the vets ASAP.

Short answer - VERY probably - pups a good bit younger than him have done so :(  Think you ought to make a trip to the vet.

Yes, he's plenty old enough - as he's shown! And he's plenty old enough to be fertile, so get the bitch to the vet for the 'morning-after' injection asap. Please bear in mind that she's likely to be receptive for some days yet, even if you do nothing, and that she'll need to be kept apart from him for several weeks, as the injection can bring them back into season.

it is possible for bitches to have clear seasons,where ther is no bleeding and very liitle swelling.i have no doubt that you r dog if perfectly capable of performing the dead and succeeding.
i to would get the bitch to the vet for a course of jags.
