And moan is what I plan to do. Well another visit to the hospital today, and hooray, still in remission. :D :D  But all the pain that I have been getting has now been diagnosed as three different things.  Carpel Tunnel syndrome, Fybromyalgia and osteoarthritis.  I now think I am aiming for the guiness book of records on  how many illnesses and diseases one single can person have :( 

1)  Cancer (in remission at moment)
2)  Bi-laterial Menieres Disease
3)  Rheumatoid Arthritis
4)  Osteoarthritis
5)  Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
6)  Fybromyalgia
7)  Open for debate :D :D :D there must be one ;)

Now for the funny side, I had to list all my medications, and I lost track, but Doctor was puzzled with one entry.  I wrote Metacalm (Pennys arthritis medication), instead of Meloxicam, my medication.  Oh dear, guess who's going to the dogs :D :D :D

Well there one part of you in tip top condition and that's your spirit, Girl, :) I reckon with that in good order the rest will be on the run!

Ahh, they will never break that :D  I have had quite a few op's over the last few years and I said many years ago that I was going to donate my body to science, but never expected them to take most of it in advance :D :D :D .  Some day you will find me whizzing through town centre standing on a skateboard, holding on to a motorized zimmer shouting 'mush to 7 Labs' :D :D

No 2 daughter went to bank to get some out, they said - for security reasons you need to give us your mothers date of birth - well she only gave the dog's date of birth !!!!

Yes Patricia, It has now been termed 'brain fug' or in my case simply 'fug'  :D

But Kay, I know the people who work in the bank (just 100yds from my house), and I am sure they look on me with sadness, especially when daughter no 2 said " Ah sorry thats no my mum's date of birth, its my dog's date of birth - I am sure they tut tut saying "that poor woman"

What can I say Patricia, children do have an uncanny knack of embarrasing you, even if it is unintentional.  It is programmed into them at birth :D

God, so sorry that you have so many medical problems, I'd no idea - but then why would anyone when you've got such an up-beat attitude so "Well done you"  :)

Hey, if your worst mistake is mixing your meds order with the dogs' I reckon you're way up there ahead of me :D  Will say a prayer they sort out some effective pain relief for you and GREAT NEWS about being in remission!

So sorry to hear of your problems.  Makes me realise just how lucky I am in life, and reminds me to stop moaning about the little things that aren't important enough to fret over (ie dieting :D :D ).  Glad to hear things are going well now - good luck for the future.

Oh dear, actually, I came on the board yesterday in a bit of a downer, so shouldn't really have posted all that.  Thanks anyway you lot.  I must admit I have a wicked sense of humour and really take the p**s out of myself. Life's too short as it is and I live it to the full. There are other with so much more problems than me,  after all I don't have a 'Willis', or a 'Satans Filly'  :D :D ;)

So lets list the advantages :D

Delegation = get some poor unwitting soul to do everything for you ;)
Dieting      = never have to go through this :D
children     = still wondering at which point they became 'my mother' and I became the child,  :D
Stuffy office  =  Not anymore, took early retirement :D
Dogs          =  get to spend all day everyday with them :D :D :D

Wonders to oneself == does NHS supply motorised skateboard and zimmer or would one have to go private :D :D

Thanks bluebell but children and now 27 and 30 and roller skates dissappeared into rubbish  bin light years ago.  Hey just had a thought, has anyone seen those funny side by side 2wheeled thingys that carry you along just by balance???? I'd love one of those, :D :D  Supergran rides again lol

Round here the kids are really careless and Im sure that I could acquire a scateboard no trouble. Havnt seen them with one of those things that they were talking about but I do have a friend with huskies who has a couple of training cart thingies.... Trouble is with 5 dogs he says that he reaches speeds of 40 Mph plus and there is not much of a breaking system!

Any more girl and they will be asking you to put them in alphabetical order! Hope you dont let them get you down, cos its the spirit in which you live that counts :D
