i would just like to warn people about how poisonous frogs and toads are to our best friends.after living in spain for 8 months my beautiful millie died after playing with a toad.we are told about vaccines and leishmanasis but no one warns us about the other dangers!i wish i had never brought her here.think long and hard before bringing dogs abroad.i learned the hard way. i hope just one person thinks twice after reading this.i am moving back to england as i would never have another dog here.goodnight godbless my little princess.

So sorry to hear about your dog, guest. :(

Unfortunately frogs and toads are equally poisonous in the UK, and some dogs die the same way here too. Good luck.

So sorry to hear this but as Jeangenie says it also happens with them here in the UK too unfortunately.  Hope all goes OK for you back in the UK.

So sorry as well :(
I live in Spain & have done for a long time but toads are everywhere & we all need to be careful where ever we are, like the others say they are in UK as well.

Christine, Spain.
