Yes it is here http://www.bva.co.uk/public/chs/hip_scheme.asp then click on breed mean scores for the table of results.  to get results for a particular breed you need to coantact the kennel club http://www.the-kennel-club.org.uk/registration/registrationcontent.asp?page=4 where you can buy a report for your breed.
