Well we have just had our insurance agree the amount to so we can start to rebuild our house after the flood. It has only taken 2 months :rolleyes:

The most amazing thing though is that my policy states that if a whole claim exceeds £10K then...................the policy holder gets a bonus payment of £1K Can you believe it ? :D

I got my insurance broker to get confirmation and he has come back and said yes it is true !

There seems absolutely no logic in why they ? Surely it encourages people to try and get the claim over £10 to get the extra £1K .

Oh well I am not going to complain !

I have asked the question ' So what is the catch?' and there isn't one :D

It just seems amazing.How many insurance companies has anybody known that give cash away ? Is the world going mad and will I wake up soon and get back to reality ? :p

I think that the extra £1000 is to pay for you to have another nice weekend away (to get over the shock) :D :D
