I found a website awhile ago regarding shelties and color. If you type in sheltie coat color genes, you'll see a hit about a coat colors. You fill in the genetic particulars of the parents and hit enter - it will show you the color combinations of the puppies. You have to know the recessive genes though. It also depends on what type of sable - shaded sable, etc.
