sorry to inform you i bought some a couple of years ago i got the mop and foam etc tried out when i got home on a doggy stain and it did nothing so i thought its not a fresh stain so maybe thats why it didnt work ( i was house training my jack russel at the time)so the next time he messed i got to it straight away and it still didnt work so it went in the bin and i went back to using washing powder for the carpet till my jr was house trained ( sorry for been the bearer of bad news!) :)

I was really impressed with the advert and the guy on QVC but didn't get the mop etc and only the foam.  Your post reminded me that somewhere in the back of a cupboard theres a bottle of NWWF that hasn't been used - got really dirty carpets and replaced them with laminate although would have been cheaper to try NWWF!!

I've used it for occasional spot stains on carpets and it works for me ;)

To be honest though I use it mainly for upholstery - light cream embossed fabric on seating of dining room chairs and in a multiple dog household with mannerless mutts :D - it's been put to the test and passed muster here so you never know, you might just like it!
