I am the owner of a KC registerd rottweiler bitch, she is 4 years old. im currantly struggling to find a dog with an excellent pedigree, and preferably from a well showing background. please could you respond as quickly as possible as i have less than a month before she is due to break down. looking forward to hearing form you Lucie Gravell.

The person who knows her lines best, and shich stud dog would give you the best result, should be her breeder. If you get no joy there, then contact one of the Rottweiler clubs listed at the bottom of the Breed Standard and ask for advice.

Also your bitch will have to have passed all the breed-relevant health checks (hip-scoring etc) before reputable stud owners will alllow you to use their dog, and remember that the best dog is invariably a long way away!
