Does anyone know of any company that specialises in homeworking? Ive searched the internet and all i can find is companies that charge a starting fee and to me that is just a money making scheme. I want to work from home for the usual reasons, kids, dogs, and expense in travelling and childcare. Anyone who knows please let me know, thanks x :) I know they are hard to come by but there's no harm in asking is there?

Hi Minnie,

Ive just started working from home, been at it for a few weeks now. And until this week its gone really well. Off now with tonsilitis

I think really you have to assess your strenght's, and weeknesses. Are u easily distrated etc. Do u have a quiet place u can work from. There are a few things you can do from home, and a number of sites you can go on. i work in sales. so i decided to do telemarketing from home. In order to keep myself going and make sure the work does not dry up i've took on a few contracts. and keep scouring papers, internet for more. I intend to make this work for me. As we are looking at relocating, and where we hope to go to. It will be impossible to work, with childcare, pet care etc. so If our hopeful new life is to suceed, i need to be very determined about making working from home work. If u see what i mean.

So far so good. I think you need to be very organised, and committed. There are a range of jobs, proof reading database cleaning ( both of these are things i'm trying to find out more about) sales, etc etc. I will pm u a list of sites that u can look at.

Alix

thanks Morgan, i have qualifications in ABTA travel and NVQ's in business Admin, lots of organisation skills and wont be distracted during the day as my 8 year old is at school and as long as the dogs get let out for a wee, they dont mind. Thanks for that :D
