I am desperately looking for a toy shetland chiuaua cross! Would someone please point me in the right direction, as I have been looking for a dog of this breed for ages! I am willing to go to any lengths to find one.

Sorry guest, as I am not in BC I cannot point you in the right direction  - but would like to correct you on one point - you are not talking about a breed - you are talking about a cross breed - and why on earth anyone would wish to cross a toy shetland with a Chiuahaua is beyond me - and I hope remains that way.  One is a miniature - the other a toy.

Whats a toy Shetland ? Shetland Sheepdogs are a pastoral breed & isn't a miniature Rough Collies & The Chihuahua is a toy dog

The OP will probably find one(as in toy shetlie x Chihuahua) as she's in the states & they do all sorts of weird crosses & develop toy versions of a lot of breeds for "city"dewelling owners
