thanx for replying gillie i have only had alfie for three days he has been wormed and had one set of injections heis fine in himself andvery cheeky it is a very small amount of blood  but no doubt i will worry all night shelley

yes I can well imagine that you will worry all night. Do get him to the vets asap tomorrow - I am a worrier as far as my westie goes. You will have a wonderful dog  - Mack is the first westie I have ever had after dalmations, labs and springers - the westie is a fabulous breed. Mack's breeder has his faults but he did say that you will get out what you put in. I suppose that is true with all breeds but as we are talking westies, I really can say that is the case. Do let me know how he gets on - I will be worried all night now too!!
