Just a word on this well worn subject.  I had a lump removed recently from Copper's head at my request, not the vet's advice.  The vet suggested when he was under the jab that he had his teeth done as well - to which I agreed.

I claimed on M&S pet insurance for the lump removal (which was fine thankfully) and for 3 removed teeth.  M&S paid up after a couple of weeks, no quibble.  And as I have a "no excess policy", which costs about an extra 40p per month, I paid nothing (although you do have to pay up front, but you get the money back). 

Impressed???  Yes I am - very impressed (and I'm hard to please :D).

I use Sainsburys petcare and am very happy with them. They always reimburse within 14 days - once they even reimbursed me twice! I did send it back by the way!
