Okay, how about a list of breeds that you love except for the one thing that puts you off ? ;) :D

For example ...I adore Bloodhounds I think they are fantastic dogs but I couldn't handle the drool :D :D

Same goes for Great Danes ....love the breed but can't do with drool

Anyone else got an 'I love BUT'?

:p

I love the look of wire-haired breeds but can't bear the smell ... sorry! :o Even when they're beautifully groomed there's still a distinctive 'doggy' aroma which smooth-coated breeds don't seem to have.

JG!!!  You don't like the smell of "dog"??  Shame on you :D  Mine smells delightfully of dog, wet dog, and windy dog :D  Mind you it does transfer to me as my friends comment on it!

Aussie Shepherds - but they haven't got a tail!

Beardies - too much hair!

Sibes - perfect in every way, but I don't live in cell block H and I do live with my Mum! ;-)

GSD's - breeding has gone stupid in my area and they have gone neurotic. :-(

Bernese Mountain Dog - Nuff said. :D

Malamutes - see above for Sibes

Oh God, I could go on forever. There are quite a few breeds I don't like at all such as all toy dogs, terriers, anything below knee level basically. But anything big, hairy and difficult, I could fill the house with 'em!!! :p

If I lived on my own, I would be in cell block H too.

My love of agility limits me a lot as well.

St Bernards - big loveable hairy drooling monsters!! Could never own them so I get my 'fix' by looking after my friends two when they go on holiday! Two weeks of fluff and dribble is enough for me!
