we are a couple living in istanbul, turkey. we are both dog-lovers but never dared to get one since we always lived in apartments. now that we moved to a house with a big garden, we finally want to realize our dream- get a choc lab!
here in turkey, it is very difficult to find a good healthy puppy from a trustworthy place (kennel or home) since it's not very popular yet. occasionally we do run into some in petshops. however, we do not trust these places as anywhere else in the world. therefore, we decided to travel abroad if that is what it takes to get a cute healthy puppy :)
could you please give me some advice on where  to get one?
our wish is to get a lab in choc color & hazel eyes. we prefer an american lab retriever (i heard they're taller & slimmer than the english ones, correct me if i'm wrong)

If you look on the main champdogs site, there you will find the Chocolate Labradors Owners club. I know that they have members with web pages and that some of them will sell dogs for export.
