Im thinking of getting a dog I like the staffy but with out the energy, I was thinking a british bulldog as it has that sort of staffy muscle body is there any other breeds i should have a look at

different dog altogether from the staff. only get bully if you strong minded and dont give in because they r so stubborn. mine walks backwards out the room if told off grunting then wont move or look at ya for 5 hours !!

What about a french bulldog?  :)

a french bulldog not really muscular quite puny really. u like the look of staffs and bulldogs what temperament r u after,excersize etc ?

I cant think of anything that would fit the bill really, unless you got an older staff ?

I find staffies do calm down around 2-3yrs of age. It may be worth looking at an older recue staffie.
