My friend has a dobberman and my auntie has a dashhound. They look quite loke each other apartt from the size difrence. Would be be able to mate them as they are similar looking? Would aneybody buy the puppiees as they would be an interisting mixture of the two dogs. We thought they would be like a disigner cross breed. Does anyone knoew if this mixture allready exists, and wher we could look to get some ideas. Do you think it would be better to mix a dobbermann with a boxer or a rotwhiler instead as they are bigger?

just in case thios post iss found by innocent persons.

DELIBERATE CROSS BREEDING is not something to be done.  dogs homes are full of accidental ones in dying (quite literally) need of a home.  there can rarely be any justification.

This post has been written by a Troll or Wind Up Merchant to get a reaction from posters on this site who of course are dog lovers, who don't like to see them exploited.

Asa the guest does not even know how to spell either of the two breeds I can only assume they do not have either of the breeds so are a troll. Sad person! :(

Just to add,
Each breed has its own breed related health problems. To cross them would just double up on the problems each breed has them same problem in (eg, two breed having hip problems and need to be screened for them and try to erradicate the problem as best we can. i.e. the "labradoodle" and hip scoring).
Plus, you are not guarnteed one "look", you would get short fat ones, tall skinny ones, plain bloody ugly ones and so forth.

Not advisable, and if money is the driving point, CERTAINLY NOT PROFITABLE since the bitch would most certainly get a puppy stuck through the size difference in the two breeds and either die or need a C-cection. Not to mention the costs of rearing the litter.
