if one of our pups testicles have not dropped can we get back to the breeder as we did ask them if they objected to putting out for stud and they did not object.where do we stand.tammy

Well you are about 12 months too early for assessing him for suitability as a stud dog.
Also, he needs to pass his health tests before he can even be thought about for use.
If you do not plan to health test him or have him assessed either return him to his breeder to be passed on to a pet home, or, have him nutered and just love him for who he is.

If you bought him as a show and breeding prospect you would expect the contract to reflect that with a clause covering this eventuality.  If you did not buy him with that covered in the contract it is just as thedark says as I am sure you would not want to swap him for another :)
