I'm really sorry to bother you, but i was wondering if you would be able to help me at all. I'm 23 and i've ALWAYS wanted to own a dog. I've just got a new house with a garden a thought maybe it's time to investgate the possiablelty of having a dog. The bulldog has more than caughtt my eye.
I've been on the net looking and researching the breed, and i've only been able to find American breeders. I live in small village near exeter. Are there any breeders in devon ?
I was wondering if you could tell me how much i would pay for a bull dog pup, . I'm just after some information really, as i want to do my homework first.
Your help would be more than appreciated.

I know little about Bulldogs and nothing concerning UK breeders. Just wanted to welcome you here. :D We love being 'bothered' about dogs [$ eagerly await questions to demonstrate our resourceful talents to those who wander in ]) I'm sure someone will be able to help you out rather quickly too :D :D

Welcome Dan, if you are in not too much of a hurry and could manage a trip to London in November the Kennel Club usually hold an event call Discover Dogs about that time. All the breeds have booths with examples of the breed and knowledgeable people willing to tell you all the pros and cons of their breed. If you found the Bulldog was not going to suit you for any reason you can use the same opportunity to find out about any other breeds that might suit your life better.
