Hi, was wondering if someone could tell me: age of first heat...Time period to second...third etc..... r they regular thus being predictable.thanks

I was lucky that my bitches were reasonably regular - by that I mean I knew within a month or two when they were likely to come into season. But each bitch is different.

Its safest to work it out at 6 to 8 months between, could be much less, could be much more. You should just get to know your bitch.

All bitches are different. I had a bitch that was regular. 6 1/2 months to the day. Her daughter was 10 months to the day. A granddaughter was very different. She started at 36 weeks between, then eventually worked her way down to 17 weeks between seasons! She never had the same number of weeks between. A nightmare when trying to arrange anything as we just didn't know when she was going to be in season. They all started their first season at around 9 months.
