Hi I have a 3 year old English Springer Spaniel and would like to take a litter of pups from her, can anyone suggest a breeder in the Scottish Borders or North Northumberland area, where I can find her a pedigree partner, thanks Angela

When is her season? I think with Crufts approaching it's a good opportunity to get a look at some of the best Springers, try to find a dog that compliments your bitch and an experienced breeder to offer guidance.  If you're not going on the day, keep an eye on the results via the TV (bbc2) and the internet. It'll be ideal if you find a good combination locally but you may find yourself travelling miles for that special dog.
I don't know springer breeders, but the extended family have owned them for years. I'd be more than happy to get their breeder details (Northumberland), but you'd need to vet that person and their dogs yourself. :)
