We had to make our first claim from Petplan in nearly six years of insuring with them and the cheque turned up here today too :D The claim was processed very quickly too. I must admit I was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was because I have a natural distrust of insurance companies ;) Mind you, it should go smoothly, we pay enough for the premiums :D
Glad Danni is ok though - we've got a large breed and I don't think I could ever have wee ones like Yorkies, I'd stand on them all the time

Blimey Yorkiefamily, getting a cheque when you're not insured with them! That must be an all time first for an insurance company :D Surely it must be some mistake on their part? Or could it be that the RSPCA insurance is actually provided by Petplan? That would explain it! I must admit I'm intrigued!!

its a miracle to me ,ill get to that bank quick like you say it must be a mistake (only joking)danni was not reg with rspca insurance at the time of the accident although my other dogs have been insured for years
with them.

I am thick Yorkiefamily! It didn't penetrate my head that Danni was still just a baby! I see now - Petplan paid out on a claim for an accident which happened during the 6 weeks free cover the breeder gave you! Doh!! If I had a brain I would be dangerous! It's good to know they really do honour the free puppy insurance :)
Sorry again for being so dense!!
