i have recently bought a staff with some papers (not pedigree) who is long legged white and a boxish nose, now, there are a cpl of dogs in his line that are apparently champions, but i am trying to ascertain wether he is longlegged  as my previous full kc reg staff was, or he is irish?
i am only asking out of curiosity, i dont want to trigger another debate!!!  lol.  He is a beautiful dog, wish i could post a picture. hes 7 mth old and 16" high, lean looking, apparently the champion names are;;lancstaff sparby boy, malaser mauler, colonel red, ruby red ,cinnamon dudleys pied lab , rouge saga ,harklings laura lass  any info would be appreciated, ty

You mentioned somewhere else he has the dog Psycho in his makeup too, perhaps he is a mix of KC and Irish bloodlines.  Do you mind me asking where he came from?  I know somebody who bred a litter of dogs (with similar KC dogs behind them) the sire was of KC breeding and the dam was of Psycho breeding she was a white bitch (some blue patches) and he was a black dog.

It is possible you have a mix of both bloodlines I have seen this happen a few times when they wish to add something to the other side (i.e. leg to the KC side or reduce the height in the Irish line).
