Ive just received a schedule through for an open show and have just realised I can take Fagan along as NFC, the thing is though because Alfie is co-owned i cant put them both on the same entry form, do you think it would be ok to photo copy the entry form ?

Claire :)

Yes you can photocopy the entry form. I have done so in the past and have even scribbled out the name of the club doing the a show and put my entry on their form. I just wrote the name of the club show I was entering across the top of the altered form.

Hi Claire, photocopying the form will be no problem. Hope you have a lovely day at the show the with the 'boys'.

NO problem with photocopying the form, usinig one from a different show (just alter name and costs) or make a blank on on the pc and print off and just ad name of show and prices.  we did this with our boy as he is in partner ship but other 3 not

Excellent, I will do that now.  It will be nice to take Fagan along to this one because it is also a country show and he does love his days out  its just a shame we will never be able to show him :(

By the way Dawn, Alfies leg is find now.  I took him back to the vets and she said give him a couple more days and the next day he was fine :)

It's always nice to enter NFC as it means you can have him at the show with no problems!  Most shows also only charge £1-£2 some only 50p!  Fagan can have his days out just relaxing!!!  Why don't you show him at some companion shows during the summer?  That can be his specilty, especially as Alfie will have a CC so you can't take him to them!!! ;) :D

I have to get Alfie to stand still first :D :D :D

I took Fagan to companion shows last year and he did quite well considering his missing ball  I will do the companion shows this year with both of them because I think they are really good fun.  Fagans speciality though is going to be his obedience (when he learns to look at me and not everything else) and I am starting agility with him soon too which I think he will really enjoy :)

Hiya Claire

Are you coming up for any of the Scottish shows this year? I thought for a while there that my girl wouldn't be showing much this year, but like her Dads owner said her bones, muscles and tendons seem to have caught up with each other eventually and things are looking good for now :D Fingers crossed they stay that way :D

Hi Alli,

Im hoping to go to the SKC show on 22nd May ( ? ) I havent got a schedule for it yet though.  If my journey to Scotland is ok I will also go to the August bank holiday show.  Will you be at either ?

Claire :)

Hiya Claire

I'm hoping to go to both, but not certain about the first one. My girls puppies will be 7 weeks old by then and a right handful. I don't actually know if I can trust the OH to look after them himself :D I am supposed to be meeting the stud dog owner there too lol so she can come back to my house and have a look at the puppies and help us make up our mind I hope!!  I am going to the one in August even though I'm not too sure about the judge, but I must show support for any Scottish Champ shows there are :D

Im sure he will be fine looking after the pups :D :D :D ;)

Hopefully I will see you there :)

Nearer the time we could swap bench no's and that way we will be able to find each other. In saying that if you look for the really harrassed looking large woman with long brown hair hanging on for dear life to the end of a lead you'll have found me :D

I will be similar look to you then - but blonde :D :D

Definitely swap bench numbers before hand, do you know if the schedules are out yet ?

I've had a quick look on Fossedata and can't see any sign of it. On the other hand it's my OH who deals with all the entries and stuff, so it might well be out and I haven't noticed. I just do all the menial stuff like walking, bathing, grooming, trimming and making packed lunches up :D Hmm I think he has got the better end of the bargain in all of this :D :D

Do you groom and trim your boys yourself?
- By ClaireyS Date 03.03.05 16:14 UTC
I think he has got the best deal, although I do love walking the boys - its so refreshing after sitting in an office to walk through the woods with them (and walking, training and feeding them makes them like me more ;) )

As for trimming and bathing, lets put it this way - I attempt it :D :D  I have never bathed Alfie and Fagan absolutely hates it (although he loves to swim) I trim Fagan, I do his ears and feet ok (I think :D ) and ive just started triming round his neck but I dont think I have done it well enough.  Fagan is ok for practising on because I wont be showing him but I think I will get Alfies co-owner to do his trimming, ive had a little go on his ears and feet but I think I will leave him now until just before his first show :D :D
