to all users of Mason/pearson brushes be warned this company will not be held responsible if you have any damage to your brushes, just thinking of the thousands of people who use them and at a price!!!
Mine hasnt lasted 16months and cost £50 but they will not replace it, they are not meant for dogs!!!!
Makes you laugh
What o others think??

Depends on the damage, the only damage my brushes have sustained are teeth marks :)

I have 2 :) both perfect since we got them 9 and 7 years ago! (exception to teeth marks on handles) but they work fine.  The only problem we had was loosing one!!!! Not the kind of brush you want to loose!

What happend to your jr?

I love my MP but someone pointed out to me at a show last week that there is a rather large tear down the middle which I hadnt noticed, like everyone mine is not abused apart from the odd tooth mark on the handle LOL ,  most people I know have had theres for years, which was the reason for buying in the first place, but the company refuse to acknowledge a fault in it because I use it on my dogs, if you read your instructions with it it states not to be used for animals and not to be used with oils etc looks like I shall have to go buy another ""sigh""

Well if it happens again don't tell them you use it on your dogs!!!! :)

maybe you just ended up with on of few from a bad batch!  But as you use it on dogs and they state it shouldn't be used on animals I don't think you can do anything, they have the upper hand, I think!

Don't you think the odd tooth mark on the handle might give the game away :D

not just the tooth marks Lol they actually test them for dog hairs if you happen to send them back and for oil from dogs skin, so even without tooth marks,, anyone would be hard pushed to proove they dont use it on their dogs
such is life!!
