I have reported it maybe a few more reports would help ?
Item: 4361576328
Just reported this to Emily K on their live help and she asked me to put a report through which I have done.
But she also said that she will also report it herself through their system

It is against ebay rules so they is no question that they have to be "persuaded" to remove it by starting up a petition. By posting about it on a popular board such as Champdogs instead of just quietly notifying ebay you will have ensured that they were inundated with emails that they have to wade through instead of just getting on with dealing with complaints. I know you mean well but it may not have been very helpful not to mention the extra contacts you laid on for the sellers while it was displayed :)

Maybe, maybe not.
This was originally reported to ebay 27.02.05 @ 21:06 more than 12 hours later the auction was still there and so I reported it again and so did a few others ..... it was removed within an hour.
Coincidence ?
Maybe, maybe not. :)
Personally I would like to thank Yorker for bring this to our attention, sometimes it does take several emails to highlight a particular listing.
Also, once aware of it, I was able to chat live with Emily K at ebay and she told me that she would report the matter. Within 40mins the listing was removed
Coincidence - maybe - maybe not

Maybe the answer, then, is to go for the live phone call but I still think posting on here and whipping up loads of emails for them to have to deal is not the best way, don't forget there will be other complaints, maybe involving animals, that will be waiting to be dealt with while they are ploughing through them all.

Ebay live help is actually an online help chat room not a phone line.
Anyway, I know where your coming from about possibly overloading their help facility with too many emails and I take your point but sometimes things have to be pointed out more than once before they are escalated and something is done about it.
In this case more than 12 hrs had passed since first complaint was made during which time pups could have been sold to who knows who and it was only after more complaints were made that it appears that something was actually done about it, I suspect actually as a result of Billy's online chat with Emily.
Anyway, if it had been left just at the original complaint I'm not confident that the auction still wouldn't be there now !
The main thing is that it's gone and we may have to agree to differ on how best to achieve that. :)
Maybe that if they do receive loads of emails it may prompt them to police their own listings more efficiently rather than rely on people with a genuine interest in animal welfare to have to flag up listings that are against their own terms and conditions.
It should be quite easy for ebay to put more safeguards into their system to prevent such listings.
Unfortunately I cannot recall the exact wording used but it was along the lines of "L@@K--- LITTER OF LABRADOR PUP'S ----L@@k" "live puppies". That combination of words should have started alarm bells ringing in their system.
So, do I support multiple emails reporting this matter - Yes.
