i have a 10 month old rottie, i know he is not old enough to breed at moment but i would like some information on the subject.

if you want to breed her go back to her breeder and ask them for advise make sure you read up loads on it and get the book of the bitch, also get all the relevent breed checks done and only breed her if her temprement is 100% and make sure the stud dog has all the same, Also wait till she is 2-3 before you breed her. Just remember its likely to  cost far more than you'll make from the puppies
