I am looking for american staffordshire terriers in the U.K. Do these dogs have any particular difference with the staffordshire bull terriers? Thank you for you help.

American staffordshires are not a breed that is recognised by the Kennel Club in the UK. Also be aware that in law they fall under the umbrella of being 'of pitbull type' and are therefore banned, and can be seized and destroyed.
