i bought my first gordon setter and only1,back in 1990,he was a easy going and layed back boy.lived with a nutty fcr at the time,i would have another gs,but cooper was very speaclie to me,if it was not for him and hes sire stud owner i would not be in the show ring or working side of the dogs today, but he bought lots of joys into the house,in his short life of 5 years old.he die at 5 with cancer, but the best thing i can remmber is the first time we went to crufts as a new exbhiter to showing we won his class then we won the best dog under 3 years old that year, all on vido to watch at any time,
but here me going on.
gorden setter are on the same temperent as a flatcoated retriever, they need a firm but kind training in the early day,you cannot be to hard on them, lots of grooming,
