My friend has a rottweiler, when it walks it looks like a bear, is this because of hip displasia or is that the way rottweilers walk?

Any comments would be great, thanks frank.

Frank You would really have to look at the over all structure of the dog, one of my labs does not have hip displasia but walks with a real swing and I am sure that he is not as sound as my younger dog who has a much straighter gait and composition.
