Please help...my bitch Staffies is miserable as sin!!

She is moping around the house with her chin on the floor.
She is eating and drinking as normal, her poo's are normal she doesnt appear to be sick in anyway. She still loves her walkies..but indoors she seems really sad, she won't play with our other dog all she seems to want to do is be cuddled

She had her first season on the 28th Dec....

Her teats nipples seem to be slightly swollen especially the ones near her minnie!! :) No chance she could be preggers

Any ideas ?????

I suggest that you take her to the vets, I do agree with moonmaiden that it might be a false preg, as I had the same problem with my staffie a few years ago, unfortunately for us she died last year.  She acted the same way and in the end she had a phantom pregnancy and it made her so depressed, the vet just said to give her plenty of TLC and alot of teddies to comfort her.

Really sorry for your loss, I don't know what I would do if I lost either of my babies.

Rose seems alot happier today, the snow has perked her up! She loves it and we're off to obedience class tonight which she loves so hopefully that will cheer her up even more.

Thanks, yeah it was a big blow to the old heart strings let me tell you.

Glad she is picking up a bit more. 

I pick up another puppy on Friday unfortunately it is not a staffy its a pug as we have decided not to have another one.
