I got mine this morning from the KC Companion Club along with the newsletter. 

Should have added-would you like it?  I've already pre-booked my tickets and have no use for it.

i have one i got it off ebay for five pounds but dont need it any more if you want to buy it off for me for the same money i paid for it you are more than welcome to it

Sorry, yes mine has already been snapped up!  I got mine through the KC, if you haven't been sent one I don't know where else to suggest getting one: I don't think they will be freely handing them out!  Sorry!
