thanks for your advice, I have asked the family to bring the puppy back to me today and am going to offer a full refund. Has anyone else had this happen to them? Its not a nice feeling is it? I wish I hadnt sold them the puppy in the first place but they seemed like really nice knowledgeable people just shows you cant be too careful, I will be doing much stricter vetting from now on! thanks for the advice anyway Im glad I came here and asked :-)
