I find the majority of raw feeders supplement with salmon oil and vitE,i give these along with a royal jelly capsule daily, all 3 of these supps. are great for the skin and coat,it sounds like exactly what your dog needs.
You could also try keepers mix from dorwest herbs or another great supplement is nupro, dont know the webite addy for the latter,i'm sure someone will be along that has it.Nupro is a great thing to give for dogs with a scruffy coat and they love it,i've not met one dog who hasnt gulped it down,it is in powder form, add a little water to make a gravy and pour over food,it tastes and smells like liver :)

I use a blend of kelp, Alfalfa, Parsley and Nettle grounded up. I also give cod liver oil capsule once a day, and evening primrose oil.!

We need to know the weight of your dog to let you know how much oil to give. I wouldnt reccomend giving cod liver oil on a daily basis, you can easily overdose on vitA,salmon oil is a fish body oil,not a liver oil.
For the record i give my guys, bullmastiffs and tibetan spaniels,1000mg of salmon oil and royal jelly daily and 500mg VitE 3-4 times per week.
